Refund Policy

Flexluminous is committed to dealing with every request fairly and in good faith. This Refund Policy sets out how refunds work for any paid informational programs or guidance we may offer, and it should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Flexluminous where a payment is involved. Much of our written material is informational in nature, and where content is provided without charge, no refund is applicable simply because none has been paid.

2. What we offer

Our offerings consist of educational and informational programs, written guidance, and optional one-to-one conversations to help you adapt that material to your own context. These are not medical, therapeutic, or professional advisory services, and they are provided for general informational purposes only.

3. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Finnish consumer protection law. The sections below explain how this applies to our offerings.

4. Digital content and the cooling-off period

Where you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately, the standard fourteen-day withdrawal right may end once delivery begins, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. We will always make this clear at the time of purchase. If supply has not yet begun, your withdrawal right remains intact.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or to exercise a right of withdrawal, please contact us using the details in section 11. It helps if you include the date of purchase, the item concerned, and a brief description of your request. A clear statement of your wish to withdraw is sufficient; you do not need to explain your reasons.

6. Timeframes

We aim to acknowledge refund requests promptly. Where a refund is due, we will process it without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen days of accepting the request, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise with you.

7. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of receiving a refund, although the timing of the funds appearing in your account may depend on your payment provider.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where the fourteen-day withdrawal period has lawfully ended, where digital content has been fully supplied with your prior consent, or where a request falls outside the scope of this policy. We will always explain the reason for any decision clearly and refer to the relevant grounds.

9. Resolving disputes

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, please let us know so that we can try to resolve it together. As a consumer in Finland, you may also contact the Consumer Advisory Service or the Consumer Disputes Board, and you have access to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our offerings or in the applicable rules. The version published here, with the review date shown above, is the one that applies. Changes do not affect statutory rights you already hold in relation to an existing purchase.
